Join us once a month for a deeply relaxing yet transformative experience, combining Sound, Meditation, Reiki & Intuitive Art, with your business as the main focus.
The intention
Set your own intentions for each session and allow the blocks, self-limiting beliefs, patterns, clarity, guidance and creative ideas to be brought to light, allowing your business to flourish and thrive as it should.
Each month follows the natural rhythm and energy of the moon cycles.
What you'll do
Each session braids sound, meditation, Reiki and intuitive art together, always bringing the attention back to the business you're trying to grow.
Crystal singing bowls and gong, played around the room until the thinking slows and the body follows.
A guided settling where you set the intention you're carrying into the month.
Gentle hands-on energy work for whatever has been holding the business, and you, in place.
Marking and drawing without a plan, to give shape to the ideas that surface under the sound.
2026 dates
All from 11am until 12:15pm in a private home in East Finchley. Only five spaces are open each month, so the room stays intimate and the work stays meaningful.
